I am not sure about all the negative reviews, every time I have gone here has been pretty good. I really like the spring rolls, the stuffed chicken, and the vietnamese sausage are all really good. They have a great selection of ramen noodles which is fun if you just like trying a ton of different flavors. I haven't experienced any crazy lines or poor customer service, maybe I am not going at the bad times but every time I have been there they have been friendly and the food was really good.
Really good deli food. Best papaya salad in the north metro.
